-What is your return policy?

Customer's satisfaction is our #1 priority! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@shopbuckaroobandits.com within 7 days after item is received.

Our extended HOLIDAY RETURN PERIOD is from November through December, holiday returns must be initiated by January 15th. Items must meet return criteria below:

We accept returns. However, at this time we do not offer exchanges. 

1. Please email us no later than 7 days after item is received. Please include the name, email on the order or your order number. Don't stress if we don't get back right away! Responses can take up to 48 hours (this won't affect returning). This time frame may be extended during holiday season.

2. Item is in ORIGINAL condition. Items must be able to be resold, therefore makeup on clothing from trying it on, odors (including perfume, cigarettes, animals, etc.) cannot be accepted and will be returned to sender. 

3. EXCEPTIONS/FINAL SALE - 

  •  SWIMWEAR/LINGERIE ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED DUE TO SANITARY STANDARDS.
  • Clearance items 
  • Jewelry

4. At this time we do not offer refunds on shipping costs or Route Insurance. If an error was made on our end, you are NOT responsible for any shipping charges. If you changed your mind on the item, we cannot refund initial/return shipping charges or Route Shipping Insurance.
