-When will my order ship?
We process orders daily! We do our best to always ship within 24 hours! Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be fully processed. Please note that we do not process Saturday or Sunday. Orders received after 5pm Friday will be begin processing the following Monday. Orders are processed as received. Please note that some items are handmade to order from Texas, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be made. Items with longer processing time/made to order will be noted in the product description. Please note that during our holiday busy season from November through December, we may experience an increase in ship times.
-I just placed an order. Can I cancel it for a refund?
At this time, we cannot cancel orders. NO EXCEPTIONS. Items may be at another warehouse and processed immediately. Please email us within 7 days after receiving your item and request a return.
-When will my email be answered?
Please allow 24-48 hours to receive a response from our customer service. Emails are answered in the order in which they are received. This timeframe may be extended during holiday season.
- Why was my order refunded?
First, we are so sorry that your order/item(s) were refunded! This may be due to defective product that we did not catch during initial intake. Another reason may be if it sold simultaneously in our storefront. Unfortunately, this does sometimes happen. We do our best to avoid refunding and making sure you receive your order promptly!
- I believe my package was lost or stolen?
Buckaroo Bandits is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The carrier determines whether there is a safe secure place at the given delivery address. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please reach out to your local post office. They can typically pinpoint the delivery location, and in many instances retrieve the package for you. We offer Shipping Insurance and highly recommend adding it to your order at checkout. Shipping Insurance covers lost, damaged and stolen packages.
For international orders, please check with your post office for their shipping and processing times as they vary by country. If you are still unable to locate it, please email us and we will attempt to locate it. Please reach out to your post office as it may be held due to any unpaid duties. We are not responsible for these charges.
-I placed an order, but now the item is on sale. Can I get the discount?
Unfortunately, discounts cannot be applied to previous purchases.
-Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship worldwide, including all APOs! We are NOT responsible for any custom fees, duties or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses. If item is returned to us for incorrect address, shipping fees and shipping insurance will not be refunded. Additionally if a package is returned to us, you must pay for the package to be reshipped.
-You're sold out of an item I really wanted. Do you restock?
We do our best to restock our most wanted items! If we are able to restock the item, it may be a week or sometimes longer. Our restocks depend on when the manufacturer can deliver it to us, as well as how many customers are on the restock alert list. We give the option on the product page to be alerted of any future restocks. We also have a Facebook Group and app on iOS & Android notifying customers of restocks and customers can make restock requests.
-Can I model/be a brand ambassador/influencer for Buckaroo Bandits?

- What are your COVID-19 procedures?
We take customer health and safety seriously. Our shipping and inventory station are constantly sanitized throughout the day. All clothing is steamed for sanitation purposes before shipment.
Store procedures: We thoroughly sanitize our storefront between customers. We request all customers wear face masks. We also offer order online with store pickup for contactless payment.
